1. How technology affects communication positively and negatively?
I think technology does affect entire aspect of our life. It could probably change our perspective towards every single thing. Technology itself provides so many benefits, the ultimate one is to make our activity or work become less difficult. The positive effects of technology for communication precisely are to connect with new different people, share information and everything that we'd like to, or just keep in touch with our family. For example is social media app, such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, WhatsApp, and so forth. I undoubtedly like Instagram! Because of that I can post and share the pictures of my cats, then we can communicate to each other as animal lover in the comment section. Personally, it's so fun to communicate with people who have same interest / preference. Despite giving out many benefits, technology tends to make us being passive and less productive in the real life, believe it or not.
2. Why listening is such a big challenge for most people? Explain by giving answer!
Because not every single person could pay attention to others' opinions especially the opinions that are contrastive. I think that's the only challenge in listening based on my opinion. You have to be wise and make sure that you can accept critic and suggestion willingly.
